We'll reply with a confirmation email that we have canceled your subscription within 1 business day. 

A subscription can be canceled by customers via the following ways:

  1. Email your request to support@1hourbreak.com along with your billing name and address.
  2. A self service membership cancelation option is available for customers that did not make their purchase using PayPal. Use the self service form.

Important Note:

  • If customers enter their email, first, last, and last 4 digits of their card the cancellation is instant.
  • If customers enter only their email then the system will send them an email with a link to click in order to cancel for security reasons.

We are unable to accept voice messages on our telephone line for cancellation requests.

Please leave your message by emailing us at support@1hourbreak.com. Cancellation requests must be made at least 1 business day in advance of each order processing date.

We are unable to make changes or stop Subscribe & Save orders from shipping after it has processed.
