Loyal customers earn savings by setting up regularly scheduled deliveries up to 90 days between delivery dates with Subscribe & Save. Unlock extra savings when you subscribe to 2 or more products at one address on your delivery day. There is no commitment once you subscribe. You can cancel or update your plan at any time.

How can I sign up for a subscription?

  1. Select "Subscribe and Save" on the product detail page in our store.
  2. Select the quantity and schedule that works for you. Choose from every 14 days, 30 days, 60 days, to every 90 days.
  3. Skip your deliveries or cancel your subscriptions at any time by calling or emailing us at support@1hourbreak.com

How can I save up to 40% on my auto-deliveries?
We have tiered discount plans that reward customers. Subscribe to more. Save more.

  1. Save up to 40% off and receive FREE shipping when receiving 8 or more products in a given delivery schedule to a single address.
  2.  Save up to 30% off and when receiving 2 or more products in a given delivery schedule to a single address. This is our most popular plan.
  3. Save up to 15% off when receiving 1 item in a given delivery schedule to a single address.

How can I update the number of bottles delivered each cycle?
Email us at support@1hourbreak.com during store hours 1 business day prior to your next scheduled processing date. You may update your items, quantity, delivery schedule, or skip your next delivery period.

Include your billing name and address along with the following Subscribe & Save options:

  1. Select Item: (Mint, Cinnamon, Honey, or Sleep)
    Select Quantity: (1 - 99 units)
  2. Select Delivery Schedule: (every 14 days, 30 days, 60 days, 90 days)

How can I change my Subscribe & Save payment method?
Call us and we can update your information over the phone or email us at support@1hourbreak.com. We can send you an email with a secure weblink to update your billing information.

How can I cancel my Subscribe & Save auto-delivery?
Email us at support@1hourbreak.com. Subscribe and save plans must be cancelled at least 1 business day in advance of the next scheduled processing date. View our cancellation policy here.
